The Interno5 Cultural Association turns 20 this year. It has been active in Naples since 2003, founded by professionals managers and artists in the field of performing arts. Over the years it has affirmed its identity through the organisation of professional courses in the the field of performing art and the conception and production of shows and events related to dance, theatre and performing arts. It is structured as a team with a precise distinction of skills and roles which have remained unchanged from 2003 to today, but which have developed and perfected in the field through numerous experiences.The identity of interno 5 has now become accredited as a point of reference for the new dramaturgy and for contemporary dance and for having played the role of observatory with respect to the birth and development of new contemporary realities. It also distributes and co-produces some young independent theatre and dance companies.Among the numerous activities Interno5 as organiser and promoter of cultural events, he has directed the Festival Internazionale dell’Attore (focused on professional program for actors) and Movimentale, International dance and video art festival. He curated for the Napoli Teatro Festival Italia the production of "What Naples must do to remain in balance above an egg" by Enrique Vargas and "You'll see everything will be fine", a performance by the Latvian artist Monika Pormale.The organisation and executive production of the first Fringe Festival in Italy, "E45 Napoli Fringe Festival" (theatre/dance/performing arts) which was managed until 2013. He has directed and organised the XXXI and XXXII edition of the "International Festival of Montalcino". In collaboration with "Città Nuova Foundation" and "Le ali di Dedalo" and with the support of the Campania Region, he has organised the "FILE Festival Napoli, international festival of electronic languages. Together with the Fondazione Teatro di Napoli / Piccolo Belllini, Libera ScenaEnsamble / Teatro Area Nord, Le Pecore Nere / Theatre de Poche and the Teatro Elicantropo, it has setting up the "Network of Small Metropolitan Theatres”In collaboration with the Teatro Bellini in Naples, conceived and directed the event entitled "Turn Over - more space to grow" dedicated to the discussion and study of new forms and experiences of production and distribution of shows and generational turnover within the theatre system Italian.He created and directed the START performing art Space from 2009 to 2019 which has characterised itself over as a research and training space for young artists.He won the project “Atelier Territoriali “ at the Teatro San Ferdinando in Naples and for the same project she obtains financial support from the Banco di Napoli Foundation.He directed the "FILE Festival Napoli", international festival of electronic languages in collaboration with "Città Nuova Foundation" and "Le ali di Dedalo" and the support of the Campania Region. Since the 2015 until today it runs the Theatre Teatro Area Nord in Naples.In the same time as producer, he founded the dance company Interno5danza, supported by the MIC - Italian Ministry oc Culture. It won the Ministry prize Teatri del Tempo Presente with the show NEFES/Respiro, choreography and direction by Antonello Tudisco and start to develop various activities aimed to the production of dance and performing art shows in which the languages of dance and theatre merge in the search for new expressive capacities.Among the various productions of young artists, “Vib – vibrations in body” by Orlando Izzo is a finalist in the Anticorpi XL 2016 showcase and “Trattato Semiserio di oculistica” by Orlando Izzo and Angelo Petracca, winner of DNAppunti coreografici at RomaEuropa Festival 2016.With the Mercadante/Teatro Stabile of Naples, it coproduce the shows "Mettersi nei panni degli altri/vestire gli ignudi” by Davide Iodice, the first movement of a work based on "The seven acts of mercy" by Caravaggio and ACT OF MERCY by Antonello Tudisco, artistic director of the dance company Interno5danza. A co-production with the BTT for the show Vapore Corporeo with choreography by Antonello Tudisco and within a few years her productions and within a few years his productions were hosted in important festivals and theatres in Italy and abroad, including the Venice Biennale , the Zawirovania festival in Warsaw, the TanzMesse in Düsseldorf, Kilowatt festival, Ravello Festival, with tours in Italy, Germany, China, Poland, USA, Macedonia etc.Among the international collaborations, it is worth mentioning a co-production with the CCDC of Hong Kong, through an artistic relationship between its artistic director Antonello Tudisco and the performer Rebecca Wong and through its artistic director he is invited as a teacher and guest choreographer in prestigious international realities such as Drexel University in Philadelphia, the Beijing Dance Festival and the SODRE National Conservatory of Uruguay.With the support of the CREARE Campania residence center, has been created the dance solo Il Mondo è Cieco and with the support of Derida dance center in Sofia (Bulgaria) the dance solo TO BE OR BODY.the latest works are PIETAS by Antonello Tudisco in co-production with Le Granit Scene Nationale of Belfort in France and PINOCCHIO by Davide Iodice in coproduction with Campania Teatro Festival. In the last period, he organised in collaboration with Teatri Associati of Naples and with the support of the Cultural Department of the Municipality of Naples "Stati di grazia e d’emergenza" Festival. During the lockdown, in collaboration with Teatri Associati of Naples created the performance "Anatomy of absence”, a digital dance project presented in May 2020 within the "Maggio dei monuments" event of the Municipality of Naples.Always in collaboration with Teatri Associati of Naples and supported by the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Naples, it organises the (H)earth - ecosystem of art and theatre project.Since its foundation, the Interno5 has made the involvement of the community and the territory a cornerstone of its creative activity and cultural programming. The spaces in which the Interno5 operates are in fact located in the northern suburbs of Naples and a work section is focused precisely on the construction of performances in public and open spaces to encourage the redevelopment of suburban spaces through art, thus increasing the approach to contemporary languages with inclusive methods and which encourage the participation of audiences from the weakest social groups both for the easy accessibility to places and for the free events. Another goal that we pursue is gender equality both as regards the people employed within the company and for the issues covered in the shows.
