3. Which profile do I need to join calls for proposals?

To apply for a call for proposals, you only need a Free Company profile. Companies with an active subscription can also participate. Applying is always free.

4. What are the benefits of activating a Duo profile? (subscribed)

The Duo profile is perfect for those with a dual role: company and organizer. It includes all advanced features of both Company Premium and Organizer Premium profiles, with no limits. You can:

5. Streaming events: timing for free events

To stream a free event, at least 7 business days are needed for activation and technical preparation.

To stream a paid event with ticketing, at least 20 days are required, including technical setup and promotional time.

7. If I organize a streaming event, can I also get the C1 form?

Yes. After each paid event, Sonar issues the C1 form for fiscal reporting.

8. Can I try the services before purchasing a subscription?

9. What happens at the end of the 7‑day free trial?

When the 7‑day demo ends, your profile reverts automatically to the Free plan. You can still use Sonar with limitations, or choose the right plan to continue with all features unlocked.

– Quarterly, for those who want flexibility without long‑term commitment
– Annual, which is more convenient and lets you save compared to renewing quarterly
